Our accomplished Project Coordinators (PCs) and Project Managers (PMs) work with skilled technical experts to provide Clients with a network like no other.

Through Installation, Contingent handles system integration and hardware installation at your distributed locations. A Depot Services team is in place to inventory, kit and configure any necessary equipment that needs to be deployed.

Technician Services

If you require frequent, consistent support, Contingent offers comprehensive services to fulfill any reoccurring needs. Technician Services provide Break-Fix assistance for software or hardware that consistently needs repair in the field without the commitments found in traditional maintenance agreements. Contingent also provides provides technicians for assistance in WAN/LAN infrastructure and structured cabling.

WAN/LAN Assessment

This service provides the customer with a professional site visit from a Technician to better assess the activities involved for a specific project. We maintain 4 levels of technicians, with each level requiring a certain amount of training and experience.  Based on the requirements for the activity, we will choose the appropriate technician and dispatch them to your location for the assessment.

Depot Services

This is a program designed to relieve the burden from our customers of managing spares as well as dealing with short term storage of their equipment. Storage takes place in our secure Cincinnati warehouse and provides flexibility to the customer during large projects for up to 6 months.
