Available Service Options

VoIPWorX is available in three "grades" that range from basic to full sets of calling features. There are additional features listed below that can be added as needed.  

VoIPWorX Standard (SIP Trunking) a.k.a. "POTS Replacement" for business customers with 1 to 6 lines per site who want to keep their existing phone system, or want to use an on-premise IP-PBX from another vendor. VoIPWorX Standard includes basic call features and works with traditional analog or digital telephone equipment as well as IP PBX or directly with IP-enabled handsets. VoIPWorx Standard includes the following features:

• Single US Telephone Number
• Caller ID
• Voicemail w/ Message Waiting, Notification & Email
• E911
• Local Number Portability
• Unlimited Inbound & Outbound Calling North America
• International Calls Quoted Separately
• Edge Voice Terminal Adapter 

VoIPWorX Silver (Semi-full-featured Hosted IP-PBX)  is for business customers with 1 to 6 lines per site who either do not have an on premise legacy PBX or KSU or who want to get rid of the on premise equipment but still want the rich feature set that they have come to enjoy. VoIPWorX Silver includes all of the basic features included in VoIPWorX Standard plus the following additional features:

• Call Forwarding, Hold & Return 
• Anonymous Call Rejection 
• Do Not Disturb 
• Speed Dial-Redial 
• Three-way Calling 
• Music On-hold 
• Extension Dialing 
• Call Transfer

VoIPWorX Gold (Full-featured Hosted IP-PBX) is for business customers with 1 to 6 lines per site who either do not have an on premise legacy PBX or KSU or who want to get rid of the on premise equipment but want to upgrade the rich feature set that they have come to enjoy. VoIPWorX Gold includes all of the basic features included in VoIPWorX Standard and advanced features included in VoIPWorX Silver plus the following additional features:

• Directed Call Park/Pickup w/Barge-in
• Call Forwarding Selective, Screening By Number
• Distinctive, Sequential & Simultaneous Ring
• Selective Call Acceptance & Rejection
• Shared Call Appearance
• Remote Office  

Optional Add-On Features are provided as a means of customization and include the following:

• Toll Free Number (add $6/mo/line)
•  IP Fax (add $12/mo/line)
•  Auto-attendant w/Standard Prompts (add $12/mo/line)
•  On Demand Remote User Changes (add $39/event)
•  Per Minute Overage ($0.03)
•  Polycom Model 335 Digital IP Handset (add $10/mo)
