Partner Certification Process

We employ rigorous partner identification, qualification and assignment processes to ensure the highest quality workmanship. Partner candidates are screened over multiple dimensions including geographic coverage, skill sets, business policies, credit worthiness and more. Contingent conducts financial and technical audits on each prospective partner, then determines what additional training is needed. Once training is complete, an approved partner is ready to receive job assignments. Periodic on-site inspections, coupled with quarterly reviews of quality and performance, ensure that our partners continually meet our high standards. The relationship to our network of Partners is completely transparent to our Clients.

How to Apply for Certification

There are six steps in the enrollment process and depending on how big your organization, time to complete these steps may vary. The more detailed and up to date your profile is, the better your chances are of being contacted for jobs. Once your profile is complete, do not forget to periodically update your profile to stay current. Once you have completed the minimally required steps, your application will be reviewed and if accepted.

What is the difference between project and break-fix?
From the perspective of field labor there are two distinct differences the first is notice. With a project, we will be able to provide you at least 48 hours notice whereas on break-fix it may be far less. Second difference is the scope of work. With a project we will give you a clearly defined scope of work but break-fix will require troubleshooting and repair activities that we will not be able to define until you arrive.
