The primary function of this position is to sell services and products offered by Contingent Network Services to current customers and new customers via outbound and inbound telephone calls. This position is a feeder for salaried, field-based business development and account management positions.
Responsibilities:
•Utilize established company processes to qualify, probe and cross-sell customers the full range of company products and services.
•Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
•Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
•Maintain levels of productivity as outlined by management.
•Develop a working knowledge of the IT services industry, its products, distribution channels and pricing.
•Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
•Utilize company literature, web site and sales tools to communicate value of offerings.
•Maintain records of contacts and accounts in company database.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Learns the product to support advancement opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•2 years related industry experience.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word.
•Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
•Physical demands: Moderate use of hand and wrists when typing information on keyboard. Must be able to twist, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
•Visual accommodation: Must be able to read written materials and instructions.
•Hearing accommodation: Must be able to make and receive phone calls.
•Working conditions: Employee works in a clean environment with little exposure to fumes and dust.

Education Required:
•H.S. Diploma
•Minimum of Associates degree preferred
