The primary function of this position is to sell services and products offered by Contingent Network Services to new customers via outbound and inbound telephone calls. This position is a feeder for salaried, field-based business development and account management positions.
Responsibilities:
Outbound prospecting conducting 40 to 50 outbound contacts each day via telephone.
Utilize established company processes to identify, qualify, develop and close prospects on the full range of company products and services.
Maintain levels of productivity as outlined by management.
Develop a working knowledge of the IT services industry, its products, distribution channels and pricing.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of information to ensure that both the prospect and the Company (its departments, systems, and management) are provided with the information they need to best perform their jobs.
Utilize, provide, develop and maintain the same levels of activities, services and professionalism described above when dealing with any customers served by any division of the company regardless of the manner in which the customer was contacted.
Accomplish other assignments or projects assigned by management.
Utilize company literature, web site and sales tools to communicate value of offerings.
Market a virtually limitless line of NON-BRAND SPECIFIC IT-related products and services and focus on best combination of items considering product line experience, cost and market demand.
