U.S. Marine Veteran and Telecommunication Industry Expert Joins Contingent as Director of Business Development

CINCINNATI, OH—Richard Andrew (“Drew”) Allgeier, with over 20 years management experience within high-growth telecommunications companies, has joined Contingent as Director of Business Development.

Drew has held various positions in operations and sales in the telecommunications industry including terms with MVM, Inc., a leading contractor to federal agencies, Lightyear Network Solutions and Smoothstone IP Communications both Louisville-based CLECs Drew served as Vice President of Operations for Smoothstone and in this capacity he oversaw the expansion of Smoothstone’s client and partner support functions, including the Installation/Provisioning, Training and Network Operations Center divisions. He later served as Vice President of Business Development with responsibility for growing Smoothstone’s indirect sales channel. Most recently Drew has led channel development programs, including one for Contingent as a principal of Louisville consultancy Xponential Group, LLC. Xponential is a professional services firm providing business development and outsourced marketing consultation to OEM and WAN service providers.
